兹通知，为积极配合国家税务总局北京市分局推进全面数字化电子发票(数电票)工作的相关要

求，我司将逐步过渡至完全使用数电票。

白2024年5月20日起至2024年5月31日期间，阁下可选择接收数电票或传统纸质发票：白2024年 6 月 1 日起，我可将全面提供数电票，不再提供传统纸质发票。

(https://etax.beijing,chinatax.gov.cn/xxmh/html/index.html)查看及下载数电票.或选择我司

提供电子邮件发送数电票或现场打印数电票的服务。

Notice of transition to Fully Digitalized E-Fapiao

Dear Tenants,

We hercby inform you that in compliance with requirements set forth by the Beijing Branch of Statel

Taxation Administration of China for the promotion of Fuily Digitalized E-Fapiao (electronic tax receipts)

our company will gradually switch to the exclusive use of E-Fapiaos. Starting from May 20, 2024. you

will have the option to choose between an E-Fapiao or a traditional paper fapiao. Starting from June l.

2024, we will fully switch to E-Fapiaos and will no longer provide traditional paper fapiaos.

Your company can access and download E-Fapiaos by visiting the oticial website of the local clectroniel

tax bureau (https://etax.heijing.chinatax.gov.en/xxmh/html/index.htmn. Additionally. we could offe

E-Fapiaos via email or provide printing service onsite.
